Welcome to the VS6 Manifesto for Liverpool City Region 2024-2028.

This manifesto, crafted by partners of VS6, presents the key agendas and objectives for the voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector in our city.

Arranged under six critical themes, the manifesto underscores our commitment to policy issues including climate change and health inequalities, community empowerment, commissioning & contracts, measuring impact, VCFSE investment, and workforce & volunteering.

Our latest manifesto reflects these achievements and our learnings from our previous manifesto delivery, to further develop the sector’s strengths, reach and influence in LCR working alongside our public sector partners. Steve Rotheram, the recently re-elected LCR Metro Mayor, endorsed our latest manifesto at the Metro Mayor hustings event. His support continues our close relationship with the Combined Authority and the Metro Mayor's office and aids our mission to further develop the sector's strengths, reach, and influence in the LCR.
