Organising and holding over 15 events with the VCFSE sector with 30 guest speakers and over 780 attendees and representatives
Published and contributed to over 20 reports and briefings for the VCFSE sector including the flagship 2023 Cheshire and Merseyside State of the Sector report.

Securing funding for the Phoenix Way in Merseyside, the region’s racial equalities network aiming to tackle systematic inequalities for Black and racially minoritised VCFSE groups
Our work in transforming health and care including mental health, hospital discharge, cancer, complex lives and children and young people
The report features forewords from Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram and Raj Jain, the Chair of NHS Cheshire and Merseyside, highlighting how valued the VCFSE sector is in LCR and the wider Cheshire and Merseyside region.
Our Chair, Dr Ellen Loudon, said:
“In the face of many challenges and barriers, the VCFSE sector has remained steadfast in its commitment to improving the lives of our communities in the Liverpool City Region. At the VS6 Partnership we are excited to see how our work in the last 4 years in advocating for the sector at a city region and Cheshire and Merseyside level has supported our sector to be recognised as key strategic and delivery partners. This impact report highlights the critical need to support our VCFSE sector and its infrastructure to truly build a successful, inclusive and caring region.”
